• My natural niche is individual therapy with adults and adolescents that face everyday challenges. Current phenomena has us managing life transitions, childhood trauma, self-perception, post-pandemic social changes, scroll paralysis and internet culture. Therapy can be a healthy tool to manage.

  • Families are comprised of a variety of personalities and stories to tell. I unbiasedly mediate families to address communication barriers & conflict, adolescent behaviors, role definitions, boundary setting, and changes in family structure.
